Charlotte Douglas International (CLT)

  • Distance: 8.2 MI / 13.2 KM North East to Hotel
  • Shuttle Charge (one way): $25.00 (USD)
  • Taxi Charge (one way): $25.00 (USD)
  • Time by taxi: 20 minutes

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

  • Complimentary Local Area Shuttle--Radius 5.0 MI
  • Airport transportation provided by Pearl Limousine Service. Call 704-393-8444 for pick-up in baggage claim, or front desk agents can arrange. One-way service is $25.00

Registration

Transferring Registration

If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another IVAA member for a $50 admin fee.

Payment Plan – IVAA Members Only

Through January 31, 2008, any IVAA member may elect to pay their Summit registration in two easy payments of $124.50 each. The first payment will be charged with your summit registration. The second payment will automatically be charged on the same credit card 30 days later.

Cancellations of registrations processed through the installment option will incur a $50.00 administrative fee and are subject to the cancellation policy stated above.
