Room Price
We have a preferred rate of $179 per room plus tax. Be sure to tell the reservationists that you are attending the IVAA Summit to receive the preferred rate.

Looking for a Roommate?

Is there a cut-off date to get a room at the IVAA rate?

You must make your reservation by March 31, 2008. The preferred rate is only guaranteed for a limited number of rooms. Therefore, it is recommended that you book your hotel room as soon as possible.

What is the rate if I decide to stay an extra day?

The preferred $179 rate is available from Wednesday, April 23, 2008 through Saturday, April 26, 2008. If you decide to stay longer or arrive earlier, speak to your reservationists and asked for the hotel’s lowest possible rates.

 

Does the Hotel have Internet access?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Internet access is provided in all guestrooms and hotel suites.
