Transferring Registration
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration fee to another party. You will be subject to a $50 transfer fee.
Cancellation policy
- Before February 18, 2008 you will receive an 80% refund.
- Between February 19 and March 18, 2008 you receive a 50% refund.
- After March 19, 2008 registration fees are non-refundable.
Special Services
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, IVAA will provide auxiliary services required by handicapped participants. Those participants needing special accommodations should email us at livesummit@vasummit.org. The Crowne Plaza Hotel is also in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act. Please contact the hotel directly for more specific information.
